MotherMinds Nanny Share group in Perth Hills provides children opportunities to build connections with others while weaving in authentic opportunities for quality free play exploration, crafts, rituals, music, mindfulness, and many other child-led activities. All experiences offered to hold the ‘fostering of wellbeing’ as our first and foremost intention. Whilst known parents may drop and leave their children, they are always readily available for contact and updates.
The vision for Sunflowers Shared Nanny group is to cater for the diverse and changing needs of families who may not have the same access to social group settings based on personal beliefs, nor feel they align with mainstream groups or be the right fit for their child.

A big warm and welcoming HELLO. My name is Paige and I am, well one of many things that all make up the essence of who I am, who I am becoming and what I bring to the vision of MotherMinds.
I am:

I am a visionary with a passion for transforming the future of education and the ways parents and families have access to support to raise their children on their terms. This journey is driven by a profound vision—to redefine how we nurture and educate children in alignment with the values so desperately needed within a new world.
Central to this mission is the preservation of childhood, the support and connectedness of communities and leading a future of conscious life-long learning.
More About Paige
I am passionate about true child development and place a high value in both kindness and ethical practice, both personally and professionally.
In my previous occupations and experience as an Early childhood teacher, Assistant Center Manager and Educational Leader in childcare, a disability support worker, volunteer roles within remote Aboriginal Communities and health and wellbeing program facilitator within the Western Australian children's prison. I have had the opportunities to learn, lead and explore a range of different education and care modalities.
My time and experiences across these childhood settings have set me on my mission to no longer find, but create a space that advocates for preservation of childhood, play, freedom and refraining from the pressure of ‘shoulds’ or readiness and what that ‘should look like’. As well as the safety, building of relationships, self advocating and voice of children as the focus of their childhood learning settings. These have helped me to develop a stronger understanding of the way in which children grow and form connections to the world around them. This then supports their abilities to become confident, caring and capable individuals who have the abilities to make strong relationships and thrive in the face of the challenges that present themselves in our modern and fast changing 21st Century.
So forth has come to this space where I hope to embed two of my passions- Early childhood education and holistic wellbeing with an aim to hold space for children and families in these changing times and beyond.

I am Caitlin, mother to Cali 5 and Skylar 3 years old.
Many moons ago, I owned and ran a personal training business for 5 years before realising I could make more impact and change more lives by sharing my knowledge online. I continuously learnt and grew my inner self through years and years of personal development. I have been in the wellness space online for over 11 years now. My strengths are coaching, teaching, mentoring, organisation, travelling around Australia, spending many years travelling to America speaking at conferences and leading a team of 100+ women with thousands of clients.
More About Caitlin
I created the life of my dreams in my 20s, living very aligned to my three top values of health, travel and connection. I made the decision to then move and live in Bali, within months we were itching to create more!
Kane and I had a calling to create a nourishing cafe to bring people together, the birth of You Belong Cafe was born. This was our passion project and we loved where that journey took us. A year later we had another calling, something bigger than we had ever felt before… our little girl Cali was born 9 months later. We returned to Australia and knew we wanted to raise her here, homeschool but in a different way to what I had seen before. This inspiration for homeschooling or looking for options outside of the system came to us when we met so many advanced, open minded, worldly, self empowered young kids who lived and homeschooled in Bali.
In February 2023 our daughter was 3.5 years old and I had been searching for a homeschooling, play based, holistic minded group of mothers and children. I felt at home instantly when I came across MotherMinds. I instantly felt heard and understood by women who were raising their children the way I had dreamt of. After a few months of witnessing Motherminds in-person program I knew my heart felt called to be part of this vision. Paige asked for me to help facilitate some activities which led to being more and more involved in the program Sunflowers. With our second baby girl Skylar on my hip and in the carrier, I showed up every MotherMinds program day feeling a sense of purpose and new alignment. Our vision together has evolved and become bigger than ourselves, creating a community that we welcome you into with open arms.

Within the MotherMinds in-person program day I am not just a caretaker, but a second pair of hands, eyes and ears guiding children through the journey of leading their childhood and navigating the world around them.
You’ll catch me racing alongside the children, or defying gravity with playful tricks on the trampoline, welcoming any child who dares to join.
Stopping mid-step to read a story? That’s my specialty, where "stop, drop, and read" is a cherished ritual that sparks imagination and bonds over the pages of countless tales.
I believe learning isn't confined to textbooks, sitting still for hours within 4 walls; it's a hands-on adventure where every spill, every mix, and every bubbling reaction is a lesson in science, discovery, and most importantly, joy.
Beyond my playful spirit lies a heart that embraces all with love, kindness and equality.
I nurture not just the minds and spirits of my own children but share that far and wide with others ensuring holistic health, well-being, safety and allowing endless space for each child to show up fully as their true self are always a priority.
